Between September 23rd at 10:00 and September 24th at 10:00, Nick Riding attempted to deadlift 550,000kg in 24 hours at Move HQ in Reading.
Not only did he smash the previous world record of 520,072kg, but he did it with 3 hours of the challenge left to go.
In total Nick lifted a huge 580,220kg within 24 hours!
