Harry Watkins

Harry Watkins, Charlie’s twin brother, was born in Suffolk and currently lives in London. Harry works in the London Insurance Market. He is a keen sportsman, playing rugby, golf and cricket, being an advocate that good physical health can lead to good mental health. 

Harry confesses that his first experience to mental health was when his brother,  Charlie, had depression. It is clear to him now just how much of a role it plays in society today. With that in mind Harry aims to raise as much funds as possible to help battle mental health in young people and allow people to be able to comfortably talk about their mental health struggles.
